Participants will learn how to structure personal stories by exploring key life moments that sparked transformation, influenced their perspective, and led to meaningful change. You’ll discover how to highlight unique experiences in a way that resonates with your audience, whether on paper or in person. This session covers practical strategies for crafting stories that showcase your growth and impact, along with engaging delivery techniques. An interactive Q&A allows for tailored advice, helping participants refine their stories and immediately apply the STIR formula to their personal and professional narratives.
At the end for this course, you will be able to:
Identify key moments that align with the Start, Transformation, Influence, and Result (STIR) storytelling structure.
Construct personal narratives using the STIR formula to showcase unique experiences and personal growth.
Apply storytelling techniques to effectively engage both written and live audiences.
Describe strategies for delivering personal stories using tone, pacing, and body language to maximize audience engagement.
