The art of story guiding includes:

    • Facilitating story discovery. A story guide helps individuals dig deep into their life experiences, encouraging them to reflect and identify significant moments that can be shaped into stories. This process often involves guiding them through memory exploration and helping them see the narrative potential in their experiences.

    • Tailoring stories for different audiences. They assist in adapting stories to suit various audiences, whether it’s for leading a training workshop, job interviewing, public speaking, or personal sharing. Understanding the audience is key to making the story relevant and impactful.

    • Sharing feedback and strategies for refinement. Providing constructive feedback is a crucial part of a story guide's role. They offer insights on improving storytelling techniques and help refine the stories to ensure clarity and impact.
